my dad got adsl (broadband) with a company called pipex, but it disconnects sum times and sum times it doesnt even connect at all.
n e 1 reccomend sum way of fixing it because we have to stay with them for at least 1 year.

well we went with them because they are ment 2 b really good, but it must be were my house is or something because it just drops all the time 4 me

i'm on Pipex and it hardly ever drops the connection.

nope i can go on the internet and phone at the same time,not tryed my dads m8s adsl pipex modem (little whit ex-ternal modem), does the same, ye pipex say it is prob the exchange but bt say it aint, r u shure u aint me dads m8.

Does it disconnect when someone phones you up? If so its one of your filters which is dodgy.

Or it could be your modem, if it disconnects alot. If its a USB make sure your set the USB to never turn off.

If you disconnect does the lights flash on front of the modem? If so then its the BT exchange thats at fault and not with Pipex.

I have Pipex and havent had any problems at all. Had a few times where I couldnt connect for 30 mins or so but thats about it.
