If my friends drop litter, I always call them stupid and then pick it up and walk along with it until I find a bin.... thats democracy for ya.
i hate people who just drop litter or stick it into any crack/hole. I mean you goto like historical sites with cannons and the cannons/guns have been stuffed with rubbish. Same with gum. It gets stuck everywhere and dropped on the pavement. there are bins, just put it in one of those! FS

scotland sucks, they only provide 1 bin per square mile and they give you a punny if u drop litter. There's a chippy up the street fromm my school at the local Asda - about 3/4 of a mile away, and there are no bins to put your litter in, yet you finish the food in 2 mins and need to walk back to school, it sucks
