Easy. If you want to make one online, then like I said, go to www.geocities.com and sign up. If you want to make one that appears on your own computer, and then use that as a template, open up notepad and enter this:

I haven`t tested that so I have no idea if it all works fine, but give it a go. Save it as "pagename.html" where pagename is whatever you want to call it. Then go to the filespace you saved it in and doubleclick.

I still haven`t got my head round how Freeola works, and at the moment I can`t use one as I`m stuck using library computers at uni, but if ya go for the free one then most of us here can help out.

Just go to the site and sign up with your details, and then when you get to your filespace, press "new" and create a web page.
