You've got a new PC so what should you do with your old PC connect them together and play over LAN of course. You'll need 2 NIC and a Twisted pair cable, configure it and play. But you'll end up having to buy 1 cd for each PC. So is it really worth it?

Yeah its worth it, and you dont need 2 CDs to play at the same time, I bought my networking kit in a bundle, I got 2 NIC, cables and a 5 port hub :) and its perfect never had any problems with it installed straight out of the box :) and if you play opertaion flashpoint the co op levels are really good and also if you can get some friends over hook em up to the hub and have a good laugh :)
No, they don't make you buy two copies of the game, not even the gaming industry is that heartless! All the games will allow network play without a CD in (I think), but you just won't be able to play any other modes without the CD in. Anyway, back on track, you need a Network Interface Card, a cable, and then just configure it to your prefences, or there is another approach. You could connect it through a USB hub, and that's what I'm doing. You can play LAN games, surf the internet at the same time, and it rules for data transfer. There are better ones, but this is the best approach if you don't want to take apart your computer.
