Mind you, it seems that the good titles are starting to burst through; SSX Tricky is looking fantastic for a handheld game, all the new rally games look great and the Castlevania and Mario games just get better and better.
Hopefully there will be much more connectivity with the cube too, with more games having extra unlockable features.
The handheld's future is looking much brighter now and I'm glad, otherwise what else would I have to do on holiday? ;-)

Definitely. I'm looking for a Sony with a front flap - next rung on the property ladder.

Indeed.
Tescos - far too up-market. They only let you live there in Technics boxes. I only have a Panasonic.

Quite the opposite. Played on THPS on a friends GBA. Didn't like it at all - the game or the experience.
I jusst don't see the point in them any more. If I'm at home, I have my PC, PS2, Gamecube and Xbox to play on. If I'm out, I'm invariably doing something else and can't play games anyway!

Well you obviously haven't played a handheld for years.
Have you seen Golden Sun's graphics?! And hard to see? No way.

Those combined light / magnifying glass things always work for me, plus one of those rechargable battery packs costs like a tenner at the most. You live in a soggy cardboard box outside Tesco's or something?
> What's wrong with handhelds?
Nothing.
If you like squinting at dimly-lit screens with barely distinguishable graphics, and paying out a fortune for batteries every few days!
I owned two - original Gameboy and Sega Game Gear. Never again!
