Hmm..the weight joke is a little old now, phillip.

Not sure about weight. It's quite heavy. They were made in Germany for the European market and Mexico for the US market (I think) for a while.

Now the the European consoles are made in one of those cheap countries, China taiwan or something to reduce production costs so they can sell it at this cheap price. Not sure if the US factory is still open.
