Although, if it'll stop me playing Burnout 2, NFS Hot Pursuit 2 or McRae Rally 3 is a different matter all together. But it’ll be nice to have a little play about with Vice City none the less.

Blowing out tires will be good, though at times I will get annoying. You can blow out car tires on Mafia, and it is fun, until a tire on you're car gets shot and you find yourself skidding out of control when you turn corners.
Slightly hard to control especially when you're being chased. That said, it's fun shooting out the tires of an enemy car and then watching them skid about all over the place until they crash.
