Well, not really.

My Girlfriend finally completed it, so handed it over to me.
I started playing, just explored, tried to position my water thing so it looked like I was peeing.
And quite fun, although I finally get on and Hitman 2 gets good! :-S

Does the fact that you don't like a game mean that no-one else is allowed to like it and talk about it?

Fine thats your opinion. But saying that Onimusha 2 is better than Mario Sunshine is definitly going to stir 99% of us into a rage.

Sorry, but I think it is. Different isn't the same as wrong, but the motto of this forum seems to be "Different is wrong".

Well this may be true, but EVERY forum (non-Mario included) will somewhere have someone saying "Mario is brill" or the like.

This is starting to get very, very boring you know?

We wouldn't have a go at you if it wasn't for the fact that every thread in here about Mario will somewhere down the line have you telling people that their opinion is wrong and yours is right. If someone says that Mario is the best game of the year, it's their opinion, your insesent slating of the game is not going to change peoples opinions. I think Onimusha is crap, doesn't mean everytime I see someone say it's a good game I bust in and says it's crap.

We get it, you don't think much of the game but for f**k sake stop going on about it.

It's all a matter of opinion - I think that SMS is second only to Super Mario 64 in the gameplay stakes where as others think that it is absolute rubbish.

And innovation isn't everything - why tinker with a formula that is already giving millions of people out there a buzz? If all games were innotive it would mean that many great games would be missed out on - Look at Timesplitters 2. I have not played it, but from what I have heard this isn't very far from Goldeneye in the gameplay stakes. Any worse of a game because of it?

Come to your own conclusions.

Mario is alright, but it is very annoying and brings little innovation to the platform genre (which isn't really a great genre to start with). Just because you're all too blind to see that it really isn't the game of the year doesn't mean you can have a go at me.

PS Onimusha 2 is far far ahead of Mario Sunshine in terms of enjoyability.....well I think I made up that word but you get the picture.
