If you have a Dreamcast and have never played it, shame on you. If you have a Gamecube, and you aren't planning to buy it when it comes out, shame on you.
In fact, everybody must play this game. And we will have world peace. Yup.
Might get it on GC if the amount of random battles are lowered. Story and everything looks like it could be great. But those damn random battles!
(Yes, I deliberately went over the top with those short. Sharp. Sentences.)
BOO!!
and for all those who are going to say Mario sucks,
> I'll fight them to the death (theirs or mine, haven't decided yet)
I'll help.
However, Sunshine isn't anywhere near as good as I was expecting. I was hoping to go WOW!!! But I didn't. In fact, I wasn't really impressed at all. I stopped playing after about 45 minutes! It's still a fun game but not 96% fun.
This means one of 2 things:
1) It simply isn't that great a game.
2) I really am going off games.
I thought the latter was true and I was looking forward to Mario in order to get back into gaming.
Still, early days. Hopefully it'll get better. As in WOW!! better.
But I got Timesplitters 2 and Stuntman today. TS2 rules. I haven't played Stuntman yet.
And during half term, I'm going round my mates and we're gonna have 8 player TS2. And I'm gonna win. I hope. I should do anyway.
What is it with my short sharp sentences at the moment?!
"William, William it was really nothing."
Ahem...
I would have bought a PS2 or an X-box just for the sequel, but it's on Gamecube so I'm twice as happy.
I have the DC version, they drink Loqua which is made from berries and is non-alcoholic, I never saw anyone smoking.
I'm getting it again on the GC, they've put a whole new character in, a girl, a Silvite I bet. She's a bounty hunter, almost as hot as Fina :)
Then then they will make the sequel. I am happy.
However, Suikoden III just came out in the States on PS2.
Anyone who has played the first two games in the series will know what I'm on about. Roll on the European release.
And, of course, there's Final Fantasy X.
Which as every PS2 gamer who has played it and who has also played Skies of Arcadia will know, is the best, without any equal, RPG in the world ever made on any platform. It simply kicks Skies of Arcadia down into 2nd place as best RPG ever made on any platform with a rather large boot.
:(
