GTA:vc will definately be more fun, but maybe the getaway is more for the hardcore gamer. either way i don't like the look of 'the getaway', to be honest i would rarther stick a tape of lock stock in the video.

The Getaway has 70 squared miles of London, which will almost definitely have a variety of scenary. Also, The getaway is far more interactive, as you can go into shops and buildings. If you liked Max Payne, then you'll love this, it's a mix between that and GTA.

On the other hand i'd love to cruise around Miami in a motorbike and a flowery shirt.(I'm not gay)

well, in my opinion they seem like 2 different sorts of games, 'GTA: vice city' is a city with a game in it, while 'The Getaway' is a game with a city in it.

To be honest, I think GTA:VC is gonna be better than Getaway because getaway is only one city and so theres not much differentbility.... (my new word, couldn't think of the right one). I know it's a big city but GTA:VC has different districs whereas london which I've heard is scaled immaculately will be the same type of building and scenery if you get what I mean.
