Anyway, standing in this one stall i was poking around looking at the games that they had, it was mainly a PS1 stall though. There were some decent games too, but something wasnt right. All the covers for the games were... 'fusty' and you could blatantly tell that these had been scanned. Knowing this i stayed well clear. I decided to just watch a purchase while i was there. So this little kid comes to have a look with his dad and sees a game he really wants, ISS Evo 2 (the kid had sence). On it was a price tag of...wait for it... £25. After much nagging the dad finally gave in and asked for the game. The dodgy geezer from behind the table took the box which was identicle to that of a normal PS1 game, went to his truck and brought out the disc.
Instantly you could tell that it was a copy, again the top label was fusty and the bottom the the CD was blue. The down right scoundral was charging £25 for a copied game that cost him £2 to make at the most. The guy was a genuis though, everything about the look of the games were excactly that of the official products, and he was making loads off it. But it didnt half get me mad.
Before the Dad handed his money over i just asked to have a word with him and told him about the dirty deed, to which he thanked me, told the guy where to go with lots more people around to here it as i sharply scarperd.
The damn Dodgy Geezer.
