It's lacking a forum.

I know it's not the end of the world, but their articles don't have the space to go over every little detail and there's some specific questions I'd like to ask.

One of them would be multiple accounts per Xbox (for my brothers).
Other questions would be which games supported both splitscreen and online simultaneous play.

And there's a few others as well.

Why don't MS have a forum on their official site?
It's essential for feedback.

Or is it that they DO have one and that I've not managed to find it...

Nope. It doesn't.

Like I said, I've got a several questions on Xbox live that I searched long and hard for, but couldn't find. That's fair enough, as they don't have room to include EVERYTHING in the article, but they should atleast have a question & answer part to tie up loose ends.

Especially for something as big as Xbox live.

Well yeah, but they can't tell us all of MS's technical details and answer all our questions on the Xbox.
If devellopers have them for even minor games then it should be essential for a major console...

With all the negativity surrounding the machine, maybe that's exactly the reason?

To be honest I think the site has all the information that you will need about the Xbox and therefore there is no need for a forum. I don't want to sound like I am sucking up to SR but to be honest this is the best chat forum on the internet and I don't use any other.
