Chores. *yawn* Whether it's taking out the trash, mowing the lawn or, god forbid, cleaning your room, chores are there to get in the way. Typical chore situation:

"Yeah, onto level 9 now!"

"Billy, time to mow the lawn!"

"Aw, Mum!"

Interesting predicament for Billy, as you see, he lives in a mansion, and his "Lawn" is about the size of a small field. It would take hours. But alas! What's this? A revolutionary way to enjoy chores?

"You actually enjoy chores? I bet you're the type of person who asks for more homework!"

No, no, no my friend, for you see, with the Chore 3000, you'll actually look forward to mowing the lawn, cleaning your room and doing the dishes!

The Chore 3000 is a multi-functional powerhouse that is strapped to your back, and comes complete with VR headset. Let's see Billy mowing the lawn with the Chore 3000.

"Whoa! This is so much fun, I might go and mow other people's lawns for free!"

No, he wasn't paid to say that, he is actually enjoying mowing the lawn. How you ask. Well, let's have a look at what Billy is seeing. As he grips the lawn mower handle, through his VR headset Billy is holding a rope attached to the back of a speedboat. His shoes are skis and the grass is a lake. As Billy speeds up and down the lawn, he is nipping along the water, going over jumps and waving to the ever-increasing crowds on the shore. You see, it's beneficial for both parents and Billy himself. Billy enjoys mowing the lawn, the parents enjoy sitting back watching TV. Everyone's happy! But mowing the lawn is just the tip of the iceberg. Let's have a look at some of the other features the Chore 3000 has in store for you!

Milly (I see a pattern in the names coming on!) is preparing to go to town with her friends. It's Saturday morning, and she has been looking forward to seeing the film for ages. That was until her Mum shouted up to her:

"Milly, time to walk the dogs!"

Just like Billy, Milly's family is rich, and they live on the coast in the south of Sussex. Unfortunately for Milly, when she walks the dogs, she has to pick up the newspaper from the shop in the nearest town, which happens to lie 10 miles away. So, the whole walk is about 20 miles, and Milly will never have enough time to go to town with her friends. That's where the Chore 3000 comes in.

Milly sets off on her walk with her two dogs, Willy and, er, Dilly. It's a wet day, and the rain is making the walk tiresome. Milly decides to give the Chore 3000 a go. She turns it on, and wow! She can't believe it! She is playing the lead role in the film she was so desperate to see, and luckily for her, it's a long film, long enough to stretch over 20 miles of walking. When Milly arrives home, her Mum thanks her for walking the dogs and fetching the newspaper, and apologizes for preventing her seeing the film.

"I'm sorry Milly, but rules are rules. You can see it when it comes out on DVD."

"No need, I've lived it!"

"What?"

"Nevermind, you won't understand."

Indeed, she won't understand, as the Chore 3000 is designed for teenagers, not parents. What other features does the Chore 3000 have instore for you? Let's look at……… Philly, as he cleans his room.

Philly, is a hardcore, er, gamer, and lives in the rubbish tip he calls his room. What is annoying for him though, is that his room is massive, and he's been asked to clean it during his 4 hour long Unreal Tournament session. That's where the chore 3000 comes in handy. Philly sets it to Auto clean, and lets the Chore 3000 get on with the job. After about 30 minutes, his room is neatly arranged in order, the carpet is looking it's cleanest ever, and Philly still has 3 1/2 hours left to play UT. All Philly has to do then is stick the Chore 3000 on charge, and he's back to his game.

How can the Chore 3000 help *you*? Well, you'll have to buy one to find out. Luckily, it's affordable, retailing for about £100, and considering what it does, it's a good price. So, what is the chore 3000 then? Well, it's a robot/VR Hybrid. When in VR mode, the robot folds up and straps to your back, but when it's in Auto clean, the VR headset is detached and the robot takes it from there. It's an absolutely amazing piece of machinery, and you should get yours today!

Back to the present day, nothing can be done for you at the moment, but think, when it is 2015, you'll probably be a parent, and then the Chore 3000 can save you the time and effort of doing chores, as your kids can do it for you! Just hold on, it's only another 12 or so years!

Thanks for reading.

Hehe, good stuff Micro. The Chore 3000 would be perfect for my Colony, Antiioioioioiopoulous spilt melted sugar all over my sweetroom the other day and my back legs got stuck to the floor, and when he tried to pull me out they ripped off. :S
