I started yesterday and everyone is at each others throats mostly the more expeirienced picking on the less expierienced. Why the hell do you do it?

Because they're bored and have nothing else better to do.
That's why people who live in areas like the Bronx and so on fight and argue all the time, it's because they have nothing else to do, seriously think about it they usually bum around all day. They must be bored so they start groups and the fight them. Just like we do with Pokemon.
