It's getting so expensive though, they should let me work from home more than one day a week.

So $3.09 works out at 81 cents a litre, which is 40 pence.
Thats 40p in the US compared to £1.01 here. :(
Now, the gas prices are rising and from what I saw driving around yesterday, they're up to $3.09 for just the least expensive regular unleaded. I'll forego the higher octane levels to maintain my grocery budget. I guess it's just my car's performance that'll suffer in the long term. Oh, and those crappy ozone emissions we'll all be breathing.. Now I feel guilt for buying cheap gas.
Anyways, I usually fill up every week with $33-35.

Considering the bus takes 3 hours to get somewhere I could be in 45 minutes and I have kids to take care of when I get home, there isn't really a choice.
