DW you shouldn't hold much faith in what other people say.

In this case it's a negative thing, which is completely wrong in my opinion. I would consider myself a fairly normal forum user and I don't hate you, in fact you're one out of maybe 10 posters whose topics I look for.

Also though if your friends tell you that a girl likes you, don't take more heed of them rather than the girl herself... random maybe, but just remember that your friends usually know jack about whether a girl likes you or not.

Speaking from experience there.
