ok i'm back in staunton with my rumpo XL!! but there ar NONE anywhere, do have to drive around a percific place??

I've done 88%, To get a sercuricar just get in one of those big vans that one of those gangs use on the third island (u know which van i mean) and drive back to staunton, u should see some securicars pop up.
what about in your garage on the third island after you did a certain mission?
no i need the securcier' !!!!!!!
