As far fetched as it may seem, Nintendo are prepared to give away loads of money for you spending money on games...
It's vertainly encouraging me. On manday I am going to Get Eternam Darkness and register it, then take it bck to game.... The same with Star Fox, apart from the taking back part...
But I did take the time to read the terms and conditions. Basically, if Nintendo suspect you of stealing cards or trying to generate pin #'s they take away your stars or whatever, and also they MAY (ie. it said they have the right to...) take away any stars from you that are over 12 months old... but apparently they'll give 4 weeks notice so you can spend any stars over 12 months old on gifts before they get deleted... so if you want a wavebird/GBA but take too long to save up, some of your older stars may start to go walkies...
Oh, but finally, you can earn over 1500 stars free in a year. You get 5 points every time you visit and log into the site, so if you do that for 300 days you'll earn 1500 extra stars and if you did it every day for a year you'd net yourself 1825 points...
If it's pristine (ie unopened) then you can take it back (therefores no V.I.P card)
But thats just my experience with them.
Meh
