no no no, all you have to do is, type up down left right, then un plug the whole console, and take it to a feild and, then go get a CD player and play the Zephyr song by the red hot chill peppers, and dance around the PS2 for a bit then plug it back in, and there ya go.

So the person who told me you had to snap the disk to unlock it was lying?!

I feel so used.

There is not a two player mode.

If you look on the on the front of the disk for the Vice City writing you will see the 'Y' in City. Now get a knife and carve a 2 over this. Works wonders.
