This is where I say:
TOUGH. DEAL WITH IT.

Because I'm not intelligent enough?

Not really, the liverpool defence played ghastly football in the first half. All three goals were pointed to be huge mistakes by the defenders generally not reacting. Liverpool gave Basle threee simple chances. Basle gladly took them. If you'd done the same with Achrington, you'd have gone three goals behind.

Ah, but Liverpool never wn anything important anymore. It's almost tradition.

I have a justification, but you wouldn't understand it.

Valencia are better than us, admittedly, but Basle aren't as bad as everyone thinks. What about their forward line; Gimenez, Hakim etc, they were on fire during the first half.

I wouldn't be so sure...Arsenal may play the pretty football, but very rarely do they get a clean sheet. All you have to do is attempt to chip Seaman and you'll most probably be rewarded. :D
2) Basle are NOT a good team, Liverpool have been playing crap (Valencia 6-2 Basle)
3) Liverpool will win the UEFA cup, and nothing else.
Mark my words, for they are not are those of an oracle.

I'm not going into all this religious war crap again, when other Wars have killed millions more.

Yep, all the A**enal fans have gone back to being cocky gits after getting over that little blip (no offence to Wookiee :D)
The UEFA Cup? Bah, Liverpool have to concentrate on the League now, and I have confidence that they can take the Title this year.
And I'd like to see Basle go far, they're a lot better than people seem to think.

There's nothing wrong with having faith - either in a friend, in yourself, in God, whatever you believe in. Sometimes faith is all that keeps me going.

She puts it better than I ever could. {:)
And no one can change what sort of person you are, because (hopefully), as long as you're comfortable with who you are, then there's no problem.
Ant - Suffering withdrawal syptoms from lack of chocolate.
Of course, I could be wrong. Apart from those two, Liverpool are winning/will wn the league, so that's always a bonus.
