Dunno. Monkeys don't really count as monsters...and there already is a monkey island. Good idea though.

You could have your hands on an internet phenonemen that sweeps the globe via e-mail lists and word of mouth...

but if you don't at least you'll have fire breathing, laser firing angry monsters fighting on an island, and what more could anyone want?

I'll animate it a bit so they fire lasers out their eyes and burn things. I might even make them destroy scenery when they fight near it.

2 monsters, both wandering the island. When they get close enough they fight. Simple as that. It's all random, so it never repeats itself.
