Ernest Scared Silly wins hands down for me. That evil troll that turns children into wood (errmmm) whenever he touches them. I can remember sleeping cross legged in my bed because I used to think the troll was living at the end of my bed.

yeah, some real classics those especially the evil dead trillogy, no-one can chop up a zombie like bruce campell! anybody used to watch the nightmare on elmstreets - they were superb.

My favourite horror film is John Carpanters 'The Thing'. Full of some really bloody gore scenes, and some cool special effects.
