On Dolbys new list of games that will be using Pro Logic II, Omnimusha 3 was in the Gamecube section.
*Hopes, this will be true*

There's no way it was a different sword, unless there's another purple sword with wavy edges and three coloured circles at the hilt...?

Samanosuke had a totally different voice, and most of the time Jubei didn't sound like Phil Mitchell, but there was the one point when he and Oyu got on that flying thingy, and he said 'trust me' and I cracked up! It was exactly like Phil!

Did he? Could it not possibly have been another sword? It looked like a different sword and armpiece to me, but I haven't played the original Onimusha for AGES. I hope it isn't him because to bring him back they'd have to do a crappy storyline which would ruin it.

Well the other chap's called Samanosuke and he his voice isn't that different. Jubei doesn't have the slightest hint of Phil Mitchell in his voice - more like Clint Eastwood.

For gods sake! He had the Bishamon sword and everything!

he was called Jubei, and he had a Phil Mitchell voice!

It didn't show him as I remember, all it said was that he's never been seen again.
> Or the trailer at the end of Onimusha 2?
Well sorry but I didn't see the resemblance really. Maybe I just missed it. I'll watch it again, but it never said it was him so I wouldn't count on it being him, even if it looks a bit like him.

Jubei was well better than Samanosuke. :)

Really though, in all honesty, do you think any of them will stay exclusive? Not me - they'll probably be ported to other consoles once the contract's over. To get fully exclusive games, Nintendo should buy out CAPCOM. That way they'd get the Resident Evil series (plus online), Onimusha series, Devil May Cry series, and many others. And they'd be Nintendo's. Forever. What's more, it would attract so many more people towards the GameCube, destroy it's kiddy image, and Nintendo and CAPCOM could work together on games!
It would be the best decision Nintendo ever made.
Project Devil.
Megaman has alwaus been a Nintendo thing.
RE Online isn't exactly going to be spectacular is it..
RE is better than Dino Crisis

Devil may cry, Resident Evil online, Dino Crisis, Street Fighter series and Megaman series plus like 4 other development teams.
> Well that would be hard seeing as he's dead.
He's not dead, did you see the little bit at the end of the Onimusha credits? Or the trailer at the end of Onimusha 2? They both clearly showed him alive and well. :-) and made me incredibly happy cos Jubei was a bit of a poof.
