can any tell me why my ps2 with neo 2.2 can boot 74min cdrs but not 80+min cdrs? I'm using AR2 boot disk.

Because the AR2 TOC size isn't big enough to boot 80min cdr's.

Search around instead of posting on a shop forum, or even get a job and buy your games like the rest of us.
