DO you think star fox is actually WORTH the hard earned money of ours.... ive heard many review saying its dissapointing aswell as ppl who have it saying that its a dissapointment.

I've already pre-ordered my copy, and I should get it on Friday or Saturday. Judging by NOM's review - it should be great!
Night fire prolly will be better than DH but DH does seriousley rule.
I'll probably rent Die Hard/Starfox/Nightfire to see which one I want.

The best usage of the Bond license to date, from all the gadgets and guns to the many worlds and play styles, FMVs and music -- very well done. Interface is simple, but adequate. 9.0
Graphics
Amazing FPS engine draws beautiful worlds with exquisite detail and effects with no drop in framerate. Driving levels are less impressive. 8.0
Sound
Awesome. Screams Bond all around. Excellent voice work, FMV audio, music and sound effects, all in surround sound. 9.0
Gameplay
As a straight FPS, one of the better ones. Tight controls, smart level design, stealth and action elements, lots of weapons and gadgets. A bit easy. Driving levels less impressive. 8.0
Lasting Appeal
A solid single-player experience goes fast, but the multiplayer mode is strong enough to keep you coming back for more, and there are hidden unlockables to worry about too. 8.0
OVERALL SCORE (not an average) 8.5
Good news if u didnt like the TS2 single player and u dont fancy Die hard... which can be dissapointing to some.

oh bugga...... i cant be bothered with GAD anymore i pay for the games i want.......... and that i dunno yet lol
I will be getting Starfox but not for a while yet - There are a lot of games I want before it!

I hear that Starfox's main problem is Starfox - he's a bit out of place in this game and it shows. I think Nintendo deciding to co-devellop the game was a problem because Nintendo would push it one way and Rare would push it another.
I've heard that the main problem is that it's far too easy, despite being big. Perhaps Rare will have worked a bit with the game mechanics before the UK release...
