I bought a Sony Playstation,
On a sunny day (station),
The console's coloured grey (station),
But can't do an X-ray (station),
I bought games from ebay (station),
They came with no delay (station),
I will play all day (station),
And never shall I stray (station),
I have nothing left to say (station),
So I'm off to my Playstation!

DISS, DISS, DISS, did anyone DISS??? you should take gaming less seriously, and could you all stop with those poems? please. However fun it was to see little fights brew between all of you, it's getting really boring now, I remeber the good old days when we used to talk about consoles for good and bad points, not the people playing them. Do you know how to wirte letters like that? no DISSING, just plain old useful info.
PS2 will do well because it has already got a 5 month waiting list and it doesn't come out for another 3 weeks! if the gamecube has that I will cry with joy, and if the X-Cube has a month delay that is when Bill gates goes bankrupt for buying all his own consoles.

Saturn posts should be under the History of Gaming forum, surely?

Apparently the PS2 is the new Saturn. :)

Sure the Playstation ruled but I doubt the PS2 will follow suite.
PLaystation won because of brilliant support from third party developers, by making the PS2 hard to develop for Sony has messed up.

The Xbox will be the "new Playstation", the same way the Playstation was the "new MegaDrive".
All the third party developers will make great games for it with ease and being a DVD player as well it will find a comfy place near the TV in every house hold.

I'll be buying the Gamecube instead though!
I still think Rare and Nintendo are the greatest games makers in the world. And this note IS completely unbiased as you all can see!

The Playstation never quite tickled my fancies...
Those PS2-morons are nothing but pancies...
They whine and they scream about games of all kinds...
But if you ask me, they're out of their minds...

The graphics are fluent like wiz in the loo...
The soundbytes are cr*p, the controllers are too...
There's only one fancy to which I aspire...
It's someday to set all those consoles on fire...

Oh Lord, Won't you buy me a Dreamcast...
