Also if I phone customer services can they help with GAD claims and problems with them etc??

But this is the first time I have experienced a sudden lack of staff and I doubt they would go through that long without reading e-mails.
Just seems odd.
Your GAD isnt exactly on the forefront of their minds and it would take a fair while to get your correct game. It took me a month to get a hard drive off them that worked.
Won GAD quite a while back, claimed and got sent the wrong game, sent wrong game back and now new one hasn't been sent or has been knicked by postman. Sent e-mail on saturday and posted in forum and had no replies.
It is probably going to be one of their bottom priorities and it will take them a few days to reply to your thread. Tony usually comes on the forums on an evening though, start a thread around 8:00 called "tony - read this" and you are likely to get a response.
Whats the problem anyway?
