Right, it has to be the times when I have problems that all the staff disapear not to be seen or heard.
Pain in the rear endo indeedy.

Ok, best excuse for why there are no staff wins the respect of some bloke who isn't reading any of this. Go on.

Also anyone know the real reason why there are no staff answering my e-mails or repling to threads in the customer service forum?

Also if I phone customer services can they help with GAD claims and problems with them etc??

I am going to go see my girlfriend, listen to my new CD's and have an easy night.

I do understand how the whole Gameaday systems works, I have been here a rather long time and won a nice bundle of games and DVD's.
But this is the first time I have experienced a sudden lack of staff and I doubt they would go through that long without reading e-mails.
Just seems odd.

The SR staff probably dont work weekends so wont answer any emails. Thats the reason they dont update the GAD list over the weekend. Mondays are spend doing the work that they gathered up over the weekend and today they most likely did mondays work.

Your GAD isnt exactly on the forefront of their minds and it would take a fair while to get your correct game. It took me a month to get a hard drive off them that worked.

short answer to what the problem is

Won GAD quite a while back, claimed and got sent the wrong game, sent wrong game back and now new one hasn't been sent or has been knicked by postman. Sent e-mail on saturday and posted in forum and had no replies.

I dont think the customer service divison of SR will spend they minimum wage funded hours dealing with freebie games to be honest.

It is probably going to be one of their bottom priorities and it will take them a few days to reply to your thread. Tony usually comes on the forums on an evening though, start a thread around 8:00 called "tony - read this" and you are likely to get a response.

Whats the problem anyway?
