Are tuesday nights "over eighteens" night here at SR?

Depression is an illness that I have been suffering from for a few years but recently it has come to a head and I have quit my job, blown off all my friends and been considering suicide as my only way out. Thankfully over the last few weeks my long standing (and long suffering) girlfriend made the doctors appointment and took me there and I have been taking beta-blockers since. It has made a huge difference.

I now have councilling set up for the near future and have been attending interviews for a new job and I now understand an awful lot more about depression and will not let it get that bad again.

I would advise anyone feeling that way to go and see your GP as they really can help.

Now is this the depression talking because you know damn well I care for you. If i didn't do you honestly think I would still be living with you and be helping you???????????

Just a little suggestion IB.

If things really do seem that bad then go and see your doctor.

It makes sense.
