In the new edition of PSM2 there is a 'review' of it,

I went to Gamespot and they haven't reported on any exclusions of the PS2 version of the game.

The most recent article talks about the release and features such as "Reportedly, the game will include voice acting from all the major actors in the upcoming movie and its story has been crafted by the Wachowski brothers" and that's for all versions of the game it seems.
