I hate bt only because 3 years with btinternet drove me insane I am happy with telewest tv phone and net :)

I'll agree with that, but right now it would probably be NTL because they had loads of customers.

Whether all their customers will switch to BT or not is another thing.

I imagine anyone who is looking to use broadband now would opt for BT as their new 'low' rates are much more publicised than NTL.
