I suspect i am just being picky, and i admit i will be straight down the shops on the day of PC release ( ten years time if i am lucky), It just didn't feel right to begin with, but i suppose that was probably because i haven't played it long enough. When i start playing i will more than likely become hopelessly addicted, but at the moment i am probably trying to convince my self it didn't feel as good as the last one to make the wait easier!

Quite realistic for 80's Miami... hell, even Miami 2002! :-)
The bikes are class though. I'd still pay £40 for it at the end of the day mind you..
I hate the whole industry
And you don't play disappointing games for a couple of hours, do you?
GTA3 was original and quite groundbreaking in what it achieved, whereas Vice City is more of the same, but improved. Therefore, Vice City doesn't have the same over-all impact as GTA3.
That's what I reckon, anyway.

Nah, I agree, it's less funny, but there is some decent music. In GTA 3, on Chatterbox, Lazlow and his guests had me in stitches everytime I 'tuned in'. Even simple things like the ad's were funny, but the comical side of the radio has been been ditched a little for the more musical approach.
I also found Vice City very 'narrow' when I first played it, but it definitely grew on me. I'd say it's better, but you have to get into it first.
...In my opinion.
