"Mario hints towards Zelda?"

When I was playing Mario Sunshine today, I noticed that in one of the hidden areas (ther green pipe near the red cannon to Pinna Park) the grass looks cel shaded, and looks like the grass in the Zelda screenshots.

Are Ninty trying to demonstrate the look of Zelda as the grass looks fantastic, or could this just be a coincidence?

personaly agrueing over games is sad, we play them to enjoy them... game companys on the other hand....

What I have seen is the oddly similar to the XBox logo sign on the giant ChainChomp on Piante Village - Nintendo going to tame the XBox?
