Just thought I'd ask this question just becuase you know, I have nothing else better to do.

Anyway.

On Mario Kart 64 we all know how the computer players were cheating little blighters and would catch up with you in a flash despite the fact that you just jumped the wall on Mario Raceway for the third lap in succession, the rascals are stillend up right on your tail.

Now do you like this? Irritating as it is it kept the game interesting and I believe it to be one reason why we go back to it so much but would you like to see this in the new game? Seriously I would, simply becuase it will make the game last so much longer, we've all played racing games where we storm ahead of the pack then drive around solitary for three laps, it's boring as hell.

So what do you think?

Yep he was in Mario 64.

"It's a me Wario" / "Mwhaaa ha ha ha ha" - That's all he used to say. Boring git.

Will all the characters be there at the start, or will you have to complete certain trophies to get certain characters.

I can't wait until this game comes out, as it will probably be the best multiplayer game that comes out on the Gamecube.

I bet baby Mario turns up in it. Cries probably too. No one will pick him.

Some secret nostalgia characters would be nice once you completed certain levels, even some one player multiplayer arena battles would be nice, like there was in Diddy Kong Racing so it's more like a story mode so to speak.

Level editor/track generator, this game could be so good. Still I'm up for the slightly cheating opponents.

Yep more characters would be nice, not too many mind.

Thing is I can't really see Link driving a Kart around, it just wouldn't feel right. Maybe one of Bowsers young siblings?

Wonder how Bowser came about getting those children, ever seen a Mrs Bowser? An old Mrs Bowser that is, not those little girly children of his you saw on the NES game, tut tut, I know that's what you was thinking (Tiltawhirl).

The lineup from Mario Tennis would be a good start. Tons of characters!!

They also need more characters in Mario party games, they make not much difference to the gameplay but I still want more choice.

Kamek!

Seriously though, more characters!

After games like Smash Bros, it's criminal to only have 8 characters in Mario Kart!

Anyone but Warluigi, maybe the 2nd crappest character ever.

They had that Magikoopa dude in the beta version me thinks.

Maybe even the return of Koopa Trooper, he was pretty cool. He was in the Beta version of the game I think.

I bet we end up with super gay Waluigi. Some say characters such as Sonic will make an appearence.
