Though this is nothing new, in the eighties, Melborne House cancelled its release of the 'Inspector Gadget' game the day of release, when at last minute, they decided that the quality of the title wasnt up to spec (not before many mags at the time had reviewed it)...
More recently games such as Dungeon Keeper 3 have been shelved for much the same reason...
It seems a shame, even though they dont intend to release the title for profit, that the games never get see the light of day, even if they were released, despite the reminaing bugs, as budget titles, or even Shareware/PD software... some of them looked like they might be quite a lot of fun?
> Anyone got the new game, Hooligans? Whats it like?
My mate got it from Virgin. He describes it as a contreversial Red Alert. He found it funny the way you could go in pubs and come out with more hooligans.
Can't say I'm suprised hardly any people won't sell it..
