I also agree, i was disappointed when i paid £40 for a few minor improvements. It is still good, though.

I totally agree with you, GTA3 was a revolution, Vice City is just evolution.

I'd have to agree with trogladitetroy and say the The Tony Hawks Games are by far the best. Each one they bring out is a vast improvement on the previous version which you never think is possible.
Tony Hawks 4 is a cut above anything I've ever played.

I've only played FFX, as i only got into it when that came out.

Id say final fantasy 7 is my favorite game, i know it is not a PS2 game but it works on it.
