Yes but they were PC games before XBox, what you wrote made it sound that they were XBox games first and then PC games.
use your brain before opening your mouth
some games i'd like to have on PC rather than a console but there normaly FPS types or stragey.
also you can't get a good beat 'em up like DOA3 on PC either can you.
best things to do mate is make a list of x box games you like, see if there on PC if they are stay with your PC if there a few that you like but seem to be staying on x box get an x box.
i'm getting an x box and have a pretty meaty PC too so i get the best of both i feel, also kept my PS2 for the likes of GTA, GTA vice city and the getaway.
you'll also find that the titles will take a few months more before going from x box to PC.

Morrowind, Jedi Knight 2 and Battlefield 1942 ARE PC games, and were PC games first, they have or are being ported to XBox.
Actually you will find that NO Nintendo or Sony game have ever bee released for the PC. Yes Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil have been on the PC but there not Sony games, they were just ported by there developers, and the same goes for Grand Theft Auto 3.
Sega I think have produced games for the PC, I think Virtua Fighter was once a PC game. Microsoft have of course released PC games, but the Sega, Sony and Nintendo rarely if ever release a game for the PC.
There are quite a few PC games that get converted to games, for example games like Deus Ex on the PS2, or the Quake games e.t.c.
morrowind
starwars jedi knight 2
starwars knights of the old republic
halo
battlefield 1942
are all out or are all coming out on pc but most games come out on pc from sega nintendo sony and microsoft
and anyway i'm getting a xbox because it is like having a top of the range games only pc but instead of costing a £1000 or more it costs £155 with 2 games lol
and by the way the other advantage is even a top of the range pc is not the best for playing games since you also have to have the best graphics card hard drive space etc etc but when you buy a game for the xbox you know its gonna work and its gonna work good plus loading times are quicker etc etc
and of course thier will be games that won't be coming out on pc
then theirs online charges xbox live is going to be considerably less expensive tan pc online gaming
and also less lag because on a pc different people own different computers and some are slower and older like mine which slows everyones game down
but with console gaming you know everyone has a xbox so less lag etc
finished lol
I reckon quite a few will come to PC, just alot later after the Xbox release, games like Halo and Rallisport Challenge etc

Bull. Last time I checked it was bang on a year.
Whilst the PC is getting HALO, it'll be well over a year later after the Xbox game, as will be the case for HALO 2 - its first and foremost an Xbox only game with Xbox Live features that will not be replicated in the PC version - same goes for Splinter Cell. If you want to play some of the best games, first, and with guaranteed stability and rock solid onine play there is only one way to do it. Xbox.
Whilst we're on the subject, anyone get the sneaking suspicion that Halo 2 is actually coming far earlier than estimated - there are a few hints in the new OXM.... from MS's own people no less.

The sequel is very much based around what the X-Box can do rather than being a port from what was going to be a PC game initially like the first game.
Theres a number of games that will be available on PC as well as titles that will be available on other console formats. But there are also going to be a good number of games that you'll only get on X-Box, so yes, its definatly worth owning the console.
