Microsoft could clearly improve their image using the following time-honoured standard business practices:
1) Change their company slogan from "Where do you want to go today?" to "Windows? Not us!"
2) Pretend that they are a manufacturer of denim jeans.
3) Operate from Milton Keynes under the name of Softmicro Denims.
4) Answer the phone with the phrase: "Bill Gates? Never heard of him."
