It says on Play that The Getaway is released on the 30th March. It says on lots of other sites (including here) that the release date has yet to be confirmed.
Who is correct?
And does it actually look any good? I read lots of paragraphs in mags saying how amazing it will be but I have never actually seen a preview. The screenshots on Gamespot look amazing though. They look almost real!
It has an Audi TT though so it is bound to be fantastic. :-D

Yeah, it looks a bit like GTA3.
What I've heard is that you can play as either a cop or a bank robber. There is 50 square km of real life London to drive around and there are 50 cars to steal and drive, all real life cars. Also, I read somewhere that you could enter any buidling you wanted to, but this must be a lie as there are a fair few buildings in a 50 squared km area of London. There are probably just a few shops dotted around that you can go into.
The graphics really are amazing but I don't even know if what I just wrote is true or not?
