1. Mario Sunshine
Okay enough said. Buy this now! Only downside is that it may prove too easy for some gamers. But no. 1 in the Christmas guide.
2. Timesplitters 2
Outstanding multiplayer. Beats Die Hard, Both Bonds and Turok Evolution. Words cannot describe the multiplayer. Single player a little short.
3. Eternal Darkness
I thought this would be a dull version of Resident Evil but it's better in my opinion. Insanity meter is amazing and the whole story line is great. But again too short.
4. Starfox Adventures
Although there have been terrible reviews of this game I think it's great. The fighting may be rubbish but the rest of the game is world class.
5. Super Smash Bros Melee
For those of you who don't have this get it. Now! Lasts ages and is great fun. But one player a little repetitive.
Hope it helps

For Xmas i'll most likely be going for Medal of Honor and Nightfire or Tony Hawks 4.

I have TimeSplitters and Super Smash. I am getting three games for Christmas, I was lookin at;
DieHard:Vend
Fifa 2003
Nightfire
MOH:Frontline
Super Mario Sunshine (Maybe)
Mario Party (Maybe)
So any advice?

I'd say
Mario Sunshine DEFINETLY
Then the rest it's hard to say
Die Hard I realy, really enjoyed playing through. It has a few control problems but once you get used to them it's a great game.
Mario party I'm really enjoying, though not worth getting if you don't get to play it in multiplayer a lot.
The other 3 I haven't played. Nightfire looks good and I'm gonna get it for Xmas, Fifa's supposed to be good but they say that about every Fifa game and I intend on getting Medal of Honor for Xmas
Such a brilliant game to play. The follow-up yo Super Mario 64, which was of course the greatest game of all time, and it's probably just as good. Although the aim is simple (to clean up an islans covered in gunk) - it's such a good game that you won't mind how simplistic it is. Go get it!
2. Starfox Adventures
Rare's first and last game on the GC, and it's one that's been in development for years. Many magazines and websites gave it poor scores, but I still think it's one of the best games around today - a vast and scaping 3D world lies ready to be explored in a battle to overrun the mighty General Scales. As I said, many didn't like it, but I think it's quality.
3. Mario Party 4
My piece of advice: only buy this if you have 4 controllers and 3 mates. As with all Mario Party games, the Single player mode dries up fairly quickly, but the Multiplayer is superb - it really will be your most played game if your mates are round often - packed with mini-games, Ninty characters and unlimited board-game fun. Let's party!
4. TimeSplitters 2
The follow up to the PS2's great Time Travelling TimeSplitters game is now on Nintendo GameCube, and it's probably one of the best First Person Shooters around. The Single player, although it pakcs quite a punch, is over fairly quickly, but you'll never tire of the Multiplayer mode. So many levels, so many characters, and so many weapons! Brilliant!
5. Metroid Prime
Ok, so it isn't actually out until next year, but instead of just getting a few games, why not get £40 and wait for this lil' beauty. Samus Aran hasn't been in action on a Nintendo console in her own game for a number of years now, and finally, after about 5 or 6 years wait, we finally get to control her again, but this time in a First Person Shooter. Explore some cool and futuristic levels blasting huge enemies out of the way with amazing weapons can't be beaten!
There you go - AJ's top 5 games for Christmas (and after Christmas too, for Metroid Prime).
I really want a first person but i have timesplitters 2, turok, nightfire, ordered medal of honor, dislike die hard.
Are there any other good first persons? Is the new star wars game any good?
