Hah, I almost messed that up in my one GCSE exam. It said name, so I fill it in and then the teacher watching over the exam says, 'No. That's where you put your school's name.' :-P

Not if you spell it incorrectly. Chances are illiteracy may have spread that far by now.

If you just write your name on the answer paper you'll get a G in GCSE's nowadays

Ah yes if you look at it like that then hardly anyone will fail but I see anything under a C as a fail. For me anyway.

Well, you only fail if you get a 'U' for Ungraded, so it's not very likely. 'G' is the lowest pass letter.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that at least 1/4 of the people in my year have failed. But I think Bob was just trying to cheer me up rather than actually meaning what he said :P

Nobody fails GCSE's? I beg to differ. Someone got ungraded in every GCSE when I was at school and my mate only got grades for French and Science.
