Well tomorrow I'm going to pop into the bank and see if they'll tell me why they rejected me, because really, there's got to be something a bit werid if I didn't qualify for a student account. Right?

I mean, I would have thought it went something like:

Are They A Student: Y/N

If Y then qualified
If N then REJECT, BIATCH!

Barclays offer a student account with many goodies, including 20% off CDWOW purchases, if I remember correctly.

They had a good authorised overdraft limit rate or similar too.

It's the better option though. You could always sell it or failing that give it away to a family member

Probably. But they gave an alternative of an mp3 player, I think it was a 512mb thing. Which is good and all, but I already have a 4 gig one so it's not all that useful to me.

I think it was 10 CDs from a selection. So that'd be Green Day and Good Charlotte type bands then.

Are the 10 free CDs actually subject to no conditions, or are they the "sure you can have them up to the value of £3 in total" kind of "subjected to opinion" ones ?

I'm guessing the latter as otherwise there'd be people claiming double boxsests
