Well it was really because I said timeloop which reminded me somehow of how he was going on about how time is relative to oneself in certain surroundings, you know how if someone went and flew around the moon 50 times really really fast, then they'd come back a few weeks later and so they'd be a few weeks older, but everyone else on earth would be like 50 years older? Or so the theory goes anyway. Think he said it was due to time affecting us differently when in a strong gravitational field.
I dunno, it was really confusing. Then he mentioned the 'centre' of the universe and my mind exploded.

Then he showed us pretty pictures of stars, gas clouds and x ray emissions from black holes.

And then we did some boring experiment showing how light is refracted through lenses (lensi?). I guess some things never change.

You know today in physics our teacher was telling us about how particles of some description were able to move from one point to another without passing through anywhere between those two points. Crazy. Astrophysics is far more interesting than the crap about proper physics.
