I've just been jumping the entire way through "Jump Around" by House of Pain three times. Apparently doing so burns a lot of calories. I'm knackered, but here goes attempt no. 4!

I do that all the time!

u want to try jumping round like a loon to a punk rock, then a hardcore band for about an hour and a half, with about six or seven strangers and having members of the band dive off the stage nearly bowling you over, and getting kicked in the head, and elbowed in the top lip, then running for the last bus home!!!
