It's my 100oth day here, I'm having the best year of my life, and "HalloHowArtThou" has come up with a great (although done before) idea:

A BIG SR GET TOGETHER - PAINTBALLING!

I genuinly think that all us guys (and girls if there are any?), who are old enough to drink (or have fake ID), should get together for this. The only reason it hasn't happened before is because people don't commit. If a substantial number of us notables say yes to the idea, then I'll make sure it goes ahead.

Because I'm not in these rooms often just send me an email ([email protected]), and I'll get back to you all on the idea.

My only worry is that the range in ages is quite large. As a precursor, I think it would probably be best for people to be over 18?

I live in Southampton, which is probably a very good place for people to meet. There are regular trains from the East, the West and the North which all come in at Southampton Central, and I think there's a really good paintballing place very near to where I live (hotshots, I think). As well as that, some people may be familiar with the PC Arena chain - they have LAN PC games playing. Well, apparently they have their own servers which they can get chains from all over the country to log onto, so we could have a massive country-wide clan Counter Strike thingy. Or something. :D

Well, I'm going to go to Cambridge and kidnap Rasta anyway, so you might as well come.

...not for paintballing, I just felt like kidnapping him.

Bah, not paintballing...I love the idea of getting together, and I'll obviously do it, but isn't there something else we can do?

No?

Ah well. Also, I'm only 15 so it might be hard to travel...and apparently it's only over 18's anyway.

Ah well. {:)

Wooden spoon dunna count, boyo.

Middle of Britain is a good idea. Mmm... if this really wants to be organised, then perhaps a thread should be started, or emails sent... say, your username and where you are for now.

I'd look into it, but I've not exactly got all the money in the world, and if it's as far away as Devon then it's pretty much out of the question for me.

London might be good down to relatively easy train travel.
Nottingham is pretty much in the middle of England...

Then I'd karate chop ye up then go stand at the end of the bar and get guttered.

I would beat you all at paintball, I won a trophy at laser quest once.

I'll just sit next to you and poke you continuously until you talked.

Anyway, I'm up for this. Surely it's not just a notable thing though? I'd rather have regs come too.

I'm in Colchester, East Essex, but I'm willing to travel... well... anywhere. Just as long as I can meet someone at the station or something that knows the way.
