"Ethnic backgrounds?"

I was reminiscing today about an, erm, "incident" with funkygame, and I realised I have been asuming most of you cocasions, probably Christians (or of Christian values, yet atheist beliefs). Now, that's a reasonably assumption to make, obviously, but I how many people here are, well, "white" and how many are, erm, "ethnic".

(Sorry, my terminology's a little rusty, I don't mean to offend anyone)

Me, I'm a white male, atheist (or scientist?)

Indian (although having been born in this country, raised with "christian" morals, going to a independant school with mostly white friends, and being raised by 2 completely Anglicised parents you can hardly say that I fit the typical indian mould! I was raised listening to David Bowie!)

As for religion: scientist (not scientologist though!)

Why should it matter wheither a person is white,black or purple(that would be cool)?

I'm white, and don't believe in any religions, but respect other's beliefs.
