I was very proud of myself yesterday, went into a local game shop to talk to the manager... anyways, he wasn't working yesterday so I had a quick go on the XBox.

Not very impressed with any of the games, actually, they looked good, but felt/handled extremely *insert swear word*.
Anyways, I was playing that norm snowboarding game, cannot be bothered with the name, infact it was that good I forget its name... opps.

I managed to pull off a huge trick, and actually was doing very well, a crowd of about eight people had gathered around me... (nice). Anyways, another huge jump, the cosole froze and powered itself down...

.. the guy behind me said, 'not worth 300'. I then boasted the GameCubes price and potential and line up of games to the five people gathered and they all became extremely interested.

It was absolutely brilliant.. as for the XBox. Its a completely unimpressive console.

BRING IT METROID AND GC.

Ant is Right. All Gamecube games are £39.99...Even online you cant find them cheaper. You can find new PS2 releases up to £10 cheaper. I bought Smackdown:JBI for £29.99 when it first came out. Devil May cry can still be bought for £29.99 from Play.com

Actually, I reckon about 80% of gamers have more than one console or I thinking of getting another.

I SAID 'RELEASED' GAMES. NOT 'LETSMAKESOMEMOREQUICKMONEYWITH KINDAOLDGAMES'.

DVD on PS2 is cool,
> both put together are worth more than £200.

No, each PS2 costs Sony about 30-40 quid to make. Screw them.

Sony DVD's aren't the best quality DVD players, expecially that one in the PS2. GC's games are released a couple of quid cheaper, and its mainly for people who own two consoles, which most do. PS2 is good, but the GC has its great games, so no fear, GC is here :P

Why did you not boast about the PS2, which although £50 more than the GC, offers many more games, is CURRENTLY out in stores, has a DVD Player and boasts more variety than any other console!

Eh? EH!?
