No tutorials teach you how to hack hotmail, I bet you are talking about the ones where you send an email with your password and username and there address and 'new password' and you will receive an email within 24 hours telling you that you can log in to their account... Hotmail is actually reasonably secure. Just don't have an easy question-answer.
