Poor misguided person, Neo 4 doesn't play imports and wont even direct boot dvdr, neo 4's only good for cdr playing (which is pointless) and multi region dvd.

messiah is for import games, more than pir8, I have one messiah chipped ps2 and one normal uk ps2, the chipped one is used for debuging with a ps2 dev kit.
It is a good mod, but expensive and not reccommended if your going to play pir8 games.
