Not by adding that stupid motion blur to the ball to start with.
By spending some money on some licences would be a good move.
Improving the animations so that you dont have to judge your passes based on where the player will be in an extra second or so. The shooting / passing also needs to be more instant instead of delayed to catch up with the animations as it is at present.

No game can ever be perfect. ( whoa - controversial but accurate statement there !)

A lot actually - Both Fifa and Tif leave PES way behind in the presentation stakes - look at how lazy Konami have been with the menu's etc with PES2.

Oh - you mean PES1 then ;-)

Nah - just my way of taking the rise of the flea ridden one !
Though he did make some valid comments and I wasn't just going to repeat them.

How do you improve the perfect game...well almost perfect. :D
In my humble opinion Pro Evo 2 game play wise is almost perfect, a few alterations here and there and it will be spot on.
Where Konami need to go next is down the Fifa's and just 'sprose' the game up a little.
But for those right in the head, that wont matter when you have the best football game anyway.

Just as a matter of interesed schizophrenic how much further do you want to get up 'Wookster's rectum.
Illustrious. Hail to. Thats some fine but kissing boy.

No it's not - you are leaving out Tif2003 which is a great compromise between the two (Pro Evo and Fifa that is) and plays a great game of footy.
Read the comments by the illustrious hairy one below (Hail to the wookster !) - some very valid comments.
In my humble opinion - having played both Pro Evo's PES2 is not enough removed from it's predecessor - I actually enjoy the original PES more and have just sold PES2.
Each to their own..
FIFA on the other had, has always been all pretty graphics and lincens. EA clearly adopting the moto of throw enougth money at and it will sell. Which it does by the truck load. Plus they updated (Well polish the engine, and update the team sheats)at least every eight months or so. Making kids want the latest eddition much like say a Man utd strip or David Beckhams latest hair style.
All in all Pro evo is grass rotes football, where as FIFA is much more your rich Premiership side, all gloss.
Pro evo is the only choice.
