That's the first picture of Myers in the new Halloween movie, and it looks pretty cool, I think.

There's a toilet view of the Myers' house, with just viewable picket fences and something up above that looks like a balcony. There's a clever view inside, where we can see a Jack 'O Lantern with flashing eyes, which is a great piece of photography in my view.

We then see Myers standing there with a knife, walking out. It goes without saying that he's probably on the hunt yet again for Jamie Lee Curtis.

I've checked out some info on the film and it's called "Halloween: The Homecoming".

*Shudders back in fear*

The film was originally slated for an Easter 2001 release, but has been pulled back to Summer 2002! Here is the known cast:

JAMIE LEE CURTIS - Laurie Strode
BUSTA RHYMES - Freddie Harris
TYRA BANKS - Nora Winston
BIANCA KAJLICH - Sara Moyer
SEAN PATRICK THOMAS - Rudy Grimes
DAISY McCRACKIN - Donna Chang
KATEE SACKHOFF - Jen Danzig
LUKE KIRBY - Jim Morgan
THOMAS IAN NICHOLAS - Bill Woodlake
RYAN MERRIMAN - Myles
BRAD LOREE - The Shape

Sound good? Hopefully it will better the mediocre Halloween H20. Will Myers be killed off?

The original Halloween was amazing

H:20 was OK

I've only seen bits and bobs of the other 300 films they've made

Good point - this is a senseless plot, but I will undoubtedly watch it!

"He was actually quite good in a Film called Higher Learning, he wasn't going to win any oscars but he wasn't bad. Unlike some rappers *cough* Ice T *cough."

He? ROFL!!!

I don't know, Busta Rhymes wasn't bad in Shaft.

I like horror movies, and will no doubt see this. Mindless fun and gore, predictable, but hell, I'll love it.

Heh, cheers Tilta. The fact that I've only seen one Halloween does weigh on my opinion. I'll have to check out some of the others. I disliked H20 because it had hardly any killings in. Not for the sake of gore, but a menacing killer is meant to kill, no?

Anyone else think they should release a mega-Halloween box set? Well, I'm off - later!

Shaneo my boy you done well, you are now officially forgiven for being annoying, you may beam with pride that you are now on my okay Geezer list :P

I love the Halloween series, i've enjoyed every part well maybe not part 3 but that didn't even have Michael Myers in it. I don't see why everyone criticised H20, I really enjoyed it but anyway can't wait for the next part.

it's very red (the picture that is)
what ever happened to the little girl in halloween oh! you know micheal's cousin she touched his hand and then turned into a killer herself.
when is it going to end micheal must be pushing 50 at least i can just imagine halloween 256 micheal kills with his new zimmer frame.
it's as bad as rocky.
if any directors of halloween happen to see this come on give us a break change the story, and i don't mean halloween 3 what a waste of space.
us horror fans want to be horrorfied not mistified.

Nice shot of the Shatner mask there Goatboy - superb.

"Thats a pretty cool shot!! Just hope this films an improvment over H:20!!"

Yeah, that sucked major donkey balls. How many killings now? So much for being a mass murderer...
